Return, refund or cancellation policy

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF ORDERS

All orders are final purchases. However, it is possible to make a modification or cancellation within 24 hours after registering an order on our website, or for as long as the plant is in our hands. Once shipped, there can be no modification and/or cancellation.

RETURNS


Tropivoix - Rare Plants sells live plants, which is why we cannot allow returns. We carefully process the packaging of each of our plants. When they leave for shipping, they are in good condition and carefully packaged to avoid any shipping damage.

DAMAGED PACKAGES AND REFUND

In the majority of cases, orders arrive at their destination in very good condition. However, if your package is damaged upon arrival, you must contact the carrier to report the damage.

Additionally, if your order is damaged upon arrival, we would like you to report this to us as quickly as possible, within 48 hours maximum, so that we can help you and prevent this from happening again. We urge you to take multiple photos and/or videos upon arrival of the order and throughout unpacking so that we can adequately determine the condition of the package and the plant upon arrival. The plant must not be altered in any way before said photos, i.e., watered, cleaned, changed substrate, roots modified, plant pruned, etc. The photos must show the actual condition of the plant when it arrived at your home. In the absence of one of these 3 conditions (contact within 48 hours, photos/videos on arrival, no alteration of the plant ), we will be unable to help you.

LOSS OR THEFT OF PACKAGES

cannot be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery, loss or theft of packages. You must contact the carrier to resolve any issues regarding the delivery or non-receipt of your package.
