Shipping Policy
- We do everything we can to ensure that our website is up to date, without errors or false data. However, we are not immune to human error. It is therefore always possible that the price and/or availability of a product may change without notice.
- It is possible to make a cancellation or modification of an order within 24 hours of placing an order on the website, or for as long as the plants are in our hands . Once shipped, cancellation, changes or refunds cannot be accepted.
- We carefully process the packaging of each of our plants. They leave for shipping, carefully packaged according to shipping type, in good shape and condition. Tropivoix deals with living things, we therefore consider that any order is a final purchase.
- If outside temperatures drop below 15°C, it is advisable to add a heating bag during shipping to avoid transport shock due to the cold. Additional fees are associated with this addition located in the "related products" section of the site. It is your responsibility to add this product if you feel the need but if we think it is best to add it and you have not done so, we will contact you.
- The 3Rs. Tropivoix is very sensitive to the 3R rule in the environment: Reduce - Recycle - Reuse. So don't be surprised if our company uses used packaging elements because it is part of our values to give a second life to cardboard boxes, circulars of all kinds, local or national newspapers as well as advertising papers. silk or other recovered materials.
- DELAYS IMPACTS YOUR PLANTS. It is your responsibility to be present and available when your order is received or to find a solution to quickly collect your order.
- It is your responsibility to check the status of the order upon receipt.
- We work with living things. Transport is therefore immediately problematic in periods of extreme cold or excessive heat, even if we pay great attention to it, we do not control the temperature. If shipment to you is delayed by the carrier, potential damage may occur. Consequently, Tropivoix - Rare Plants cannot be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery by the carrier. For any delays, contact the carrier.
- Considering that our packaging is carried out with great care and safety, we cannot be held responsible if the packages are damaged on arrival. Although we take great care to choose carriers committed to impeccable and professional service, we cannot be held responsible for the carrier's handling. If there is damage, you must contact the carrier itself to report the damage. As soon as the order leaves Tropivoix, customers must deal with the carrier if there are problems or delays in transport.
- However, if your order is damaged upon arrival at your home, we would like you to report this to us as quickly as possible, within 48 hours maximum, so that we can help you and prevent this from happening again. We urge you to take multiple photos and/or videos upon arrival of the order and throughout unpacking so that we can adequately determine the condition of the package upon arrival. The order must not be altered in any way before said photos, i.e., watered, cleaned, changed substrate, roots modified, plant pruned, etc. The photos must show the actual condition of the plant when it arrived at your home. In the absence of one of these 3 conditions (contact within 48 hours, photos/videos on arrival, no alteration of the plant) we will be unable to help you.
